Parasailing boats production process

Parasailing boats production process is one of the most important parts that get a lot of hard work from our crew to create high level Parasailing boats.

STEP ONE- DESIGN: 

We start in the design office, drawing on fifteen years of commercial experience to provide the best foundations in our hull design.

The advanced deep V hull gives an extremely soft and dry ride. This is combined with flared chines which minimize drag, whilst providing high lift areas for easy planing and excellent stability.

Next is to design a beautifully appealing super structure built for the practicality of the boat owner and for the comfort of their customers.

STEP TWO- CONSTRUCTION: 

Our hull and decks are as and winch construction of heavy duty longitudinal and transverse strengtheners. Combined U and L beam deck joints bonded, fiber glassed and bolted for incredible strength.

Engines, winches and heavy duty equipment are bolted to steel mountings encased under fiberglass.

STEP THREE- PRACTICALITY: 

To ensure the best for our boat owners, we road test all our designs.

The result is better helm comfort, user friendly controls, improved helm vision, easy access to the engine, drive and winch system and increased passengers pace and storage.

STEP FOUR- THE FINISHING TOUCHES: 

All our boats are made to order.

Optional extras such as teak decking, are added, before we carefully clean and wrap your boat ready for delivery.

STEP FIVE- TRANSPORT (OPTIONAL):  

You can choose to purchase either:

A set of moulded shipping trestle (Reuseable on shore) and color matched to your boat’s livery. AND/OR

A tailor made 4 wheeled braked trailer.

STEP SIX- SHRINK WRAPPING (OPTIONAL): 

For that added reassurance and protection, we recommend the shrink wrapping option( which includes a zipped hatch for customs inspection).
